Cancellation Policy
Each appointment is a reserved experience, curated with intention and dedicated exclusively to you. To maintain the highest level of service for every guest, the following policy is in place:
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any changes to your reservation.
• cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% service fee
• Missed appointments or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service
To maintain the integrity of each guest’s experience, arrivals exceeding 15 minutes past the scheduled time may require a service modification or rescheduling
